Extra Revisions: $85 per hour beyond what is stated above.

Timeline for Completion

The website work will be completed within 3 months of signing the contract and deposit paid.

Payment Terms

Standard Payment Terms for Work:

The first payment (deposit) will be required upon the signing of this contract for the Website work (minimum $500 +GST). We will invoice you accordingly once the contract is signed. A minimum $500 +GST deposit is required. The half of the remaining balance will be due after the website proof has been signed off on. The final payment will be due on or before the new site goes live.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via email money transfer* and credit card. Invoices with further information will come to you via email through Lethologica's QuickBooks account. *Preferred method

DISCLAIMERS

This contract is subject to final approvals by both Lethologica and the presented client. Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations within this document may cause prices, terms, or other elements to be modified or changed.

Limit of Liability

Although care will be taken with all files, Lethologica limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver for any reason on behalf of the company for their non-performance caused by any force majeure or similar circumstances, illness, accident, or any cause beyond their control; nor for the loss or damage of any materials, whether in transit or creation, to return of all money paid by the Client. In any event, the limit of the company’s liability shall not exceed the Contract price stated herein.

Promotion

It is agreed that the company may display and promote the work done with the Client for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, or any other professional purposes by the company.

ATTESTATION

WHEREFORE, the Parties acknowledge that they have read and understood this Contract and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations set forth herein.
